Build a proposal

The proposal editor has two sides: the details form on the left and a live summary on the right.

Client & event

Select an existing client or enter a new one. Add the event type, date, time, guest count, and address.

Line items, fees & tax

Add menu items with quantities and prices, apply fee rules, and the subtotal, sales tax, and total update live. Set the deposit percentage to generate the deposit invoice on acceptance.
