Collect a deposit

Set a deposit percentage on the proposal. When the client accepts, nxcatering creates the deposit invoice automatically and sends the customer a payment link.

The link is durable — it doesn't expire — so the customer can pay by card whenever they're ready. As soon as they do, the invoice flips to paid and you both get a confirmation.
