Edit and print a BEO

You can make kitchen-side edits on the BEO, and those edits are preserved even if the source proposal is refreshed.

The BEO is designed with bold, high-contrast type and underlined section headers so it's easy to read from a busy kitchen clipboard or notice board — and it prints cleanly in black and white.
