From a proposal, click Generate BEO. The event details and menu flow straight into a Banquet Event Order with real per-guest quantities your line cooks can read at a glance.

The BEO lives in your Pipeline under the event. Because it's built from the same data as the proposal, you never re-enter menu items or counts.
