Use menu packages

Menu Packages are reusable templates — buffet, plated, drop-off — with their line items and fees pre-populated. Create them under Menu Packages.

Each item can use per-guest portioning (for example, “3 pieces per guest”). When you apply a package to a proposal for 50 guests, the quantities scale automatically, and the same math flows through to the kitchen BEO.

Applying a package pulls in everything at once, so quoting a standard event takes seconds.
