Pricing questions
Is it really just one price?
Yes. There are no tiers or add-ons — every caterer gets the complete toolkit for the same flat monthly (or yearly) price. As we ship new features, they are included at no extra cost.
Does nxcatering take a percentage of my events?
Never. Your subscription is completely separate from your catering revenue. Customers pay you directly through your own connected Stripe account, and nxcatering takes 0% of those payments.
What about Stripe processing fees?
Standard Stripe fees (2.9% + 30¢ per card charge) are billed by Stripe directly to your account. nxcatering adds no markup. You can also record check or cash payments with no fee at all.
How am I billed for my subscription?
Your subscription is charged to your card through Stripe when you sign up, then automatically on each monthly or yearly renewal. This is entirely separate from the payments your customers make to you.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Anytime. Switch to yearly to get two months free, or back to monthly from your billing settings. Changes take effect at your next renewal.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No contract, no minimum term, and no setup fee. Billing is month-to-month unless you choose yearly, and you can cancel whenever your season calls for it.
